Observation

2)c) There was a loose cord in the bedroom from the wall mounted convection heater. It was not secured in any way and the children could access it if they climbed up on the bed. 2)c) There were two spiral lanyard-type cords attached to keys that were hanging on a cabinet and a door where they were accessible to children. 2)d) There were two plastic bags partially filled with diapers in the unsecured cabinet under the bathroom sink. The plastic bags were accessible to children. 3)b) There was a convection heater hanging on the wall in the play room that was in use and was very hot to the touch, posing a burn hazard. This convection heater is mounted above the infant enclosure and next to a large chair that a child could climb on. If a child went into the infant enclosure or climbed onto the chair, they could reach the heater.
